Swiss Cheese Dip

Swiss Cheese Dip

10 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon
8 oz softened cream cheese
½ cup mayo
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
4 green onions chopped
½ cup smoked almonds chopped (for topping)

Mix all ingredients together except almonds.  Top with chopped almonds.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.  Serve with green apple slices and pumpernickel bread. Unbelievably good with apples!
