Eggs in Toast

One slice of bread
One large egg
Tablespoon of butter

Heat a tablespoon of butter in nonstick frying pan.  Cut a two-inch hole in the center of the bread.  Put the bread in the frying pan.  Break an egg into the hole.  Cook over medium-low heat covered for about 3 minutes or until the egg is done to your liking.  You can flip it over for sunny side down and you can also add cheese if desired.  Fry the circle of remaining bread as an extra treat with jam.  Great way to get both the egg and toast hot at the same time.  Serve with oven bacon and yogurt for a great Sunday breakfast for the whole family.
