1 ¼ lb. Flank Steak
Marinate Ingredients
¼ cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp. pepper
Combine ingredients (less meat) in glass or plastic container. Place the steak in marinade turning to coat completely. Marinate steak for at least 4 hours or overnight, refrigerated. Remove from marinade and grill 5 minutes on each side. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
